RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 30 days of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. All orders over 30 days will be rejected for return/refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are not in saleable condition. You can expect to receive your refund within 10 days.   

- Underwear and tank tops are not returnable for hygienic reasons. 
- ‘Final Sale’ items are not returnable.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns must be in original condition with hang tags still attached and in original packaging.

(ORIGINAL CONDITION: Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, no perfume or cologne, tags and labels still attached)

 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to purchase a different size, please place a new order and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund following our Returns Policy. This will help us get the new item(s) to you quicker.

 

HOW TO RETURN 

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation.

  1. Log in to your account by entering your Email, and click Continue.
  2. You'll receive an email with six-digit verification code to log into your account. 
  3. Once you have successfully logged in, you'll be able to select the order and items that you want to submit for return. 
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.

 

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you should receive a refund within 10 days or however long your credit card or bank takes to process the refund. 

Original shipping fees are not refundable. 

**Any rejected item that are sent back to us will be returned to customer. 

 

CHARGEBACKS

Credit card chargeback is a terrible way to resolve any problems that you may have. It can actually delay or possibly make it impossible for us to assist you. Once a customer opens a chargeback with their credit card company or bank, we are no longer obligated to assist you with orders. There will be no assist, no refunds, no replacements, and will no longer accept any future orders after a chargeback is started.
